Intelligent Quality Control Meets Flexible Automation
At Fakuma 2026, EPF presents SUPATA® Smart Feeder with Automated Vertical Warehouse, an intelligent automation platform designed to combine flexible part handling, automated quality inspection and full traceability within a single production flow.
The system can manage different components without requiring dedicated equipment for each product. Parts are automatically fed and presented to the integrated vision system, where dimensional and surface inspections are performed and production data are assigned to each batch for complete traceability.
What makes the solution innovative is its ability to adapt rapidly to changing production requirements. Fast recipe changes and optional automatic gripper changeovers allow different products to be handled on the same platform, reducing manual intervention and making frequent production changes easier to manage.
